CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we do, with the exception of a few countries, and offer multiple shipping options to most countries. Please see our Shipping FAQ page for more details. 

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?

We have order fulfilment centres across the globe in Asia, USA, UK & Europe. We will ship your item from the warehouse closest to your location subject to stock availability at that warehouse for the products ordered. In the instance stock in that location is unavailable we will then ship from the next fastest location.  

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

Normal delivery time is 1-3 weeks. In times of very high demand on some of our most popular products, please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery. We provide dispatch confirmation on all orders and if you selected a trackable service at checkout you can track your order easily to stay updated. You can check your order status on our website under the "Track Your Order" page.  

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You can track your parcel via the email we send you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery. Alternatively you can click on the Track Your Order section of our website to get updates on your order also.  

CAN I SEE PRICES IN MY CURRENCY?

Prices are automatically displayed in your local currency for your ease. Final checkout is available in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD & AUD 

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.   

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We currently offer free international shipping for most orders. There are also options in some countries for expedited shipping which will be the fastest delivery option for you to choose.  

HOW SECURE IS YOUR SITE?

Extremely. Built in with SSL-level certification, your information is safe with us. We utilise the highest security to help ensure that data is safe and secure at all times. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 3 to 5 business days after we receive your order. You can also check your order status on our website under the "Track Your Order" page.  

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We offer a full 30-day return policy. Returns are sent to our UK location shown in our return policy.   

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website. Please provide evidence of the issue and we will issue you an RA number to return the item to us.
