CAN I SEE PRICES IN MY CURRENCY?

Yes you can indeed. You will see a currency changer icon on the top right of the website top menu labeled "GBP". Click this and select the currency you wish to see prices displayed in. We currently can display prices in most available currencies. Please note that final checkout is only available in GBP due to banking requirements. Your basket will be converted back to GBP on checkout. 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we do with the exception of a few countries, please see our Shipping FAQ page for more details.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

Normal delivery time is 1-3 weeks. In times of very high demand on some of our most popular products, please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery. We provide full delivery tracking information to keep you updated. You can check your order status on our website under the "Track Your Order" page. 

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. 

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We currently offer free international shipping for all orders.

HOW SECURE IS YOUR SITE?

Extremely. Built in with SSL-level certification, your information is safe with us. We utilise the highest security to help ensure that data is safe and secure at all times. 

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 3 to 5 business days after we receive your order. You can also check your order status on our website under the "Track Your Order" page. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You can track your parcel via the email we send you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery. Alternatively you can click on the Track Your Order section of our website to get updates on your order also. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We offer a full 30-day return policy. Returns are sent to our UK location shown in our return policy. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website. Please provide evidence of the issue and we will issue you an RA number to return the item to us.
