When your order is dispatched we will email you tracking information so you may check on order progress whenever you like. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam/ promotional email folder just in case it was filtered by accident. You can also contact us with any questions you may have, no question is too much.
General Shipping Information
We begin to prepare your order the moment it is received. We aim to have your order in the mail within 1 - 3 business days.
Please note that orders to some countries may face delays due to the ongoing pandemic effect on shipping services. This is why we have set average shipping guidelines above and update this monthly.
We do our best to limit delays prior to shipment and ensure a smooth journey. Once a package leaves our possession and is in the hands of the shipping carrier any potential delays are unfortunately outside our control or influence. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur for your order. We will be happy to answer any of your questions should you be in the small minority of orders impacted by shipping delays.
The total delivery time for an order consists of the time of preparation for dispatch plus the average delivery time shown above. In exceptional cases, the shipment may exceed the time limit indicated above. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such matters and will strive to keep you updated.
A quick note on international shipments: We will look at where you are ordering from and aim to ship from our facilities located in your country (current locations are: UK, USA, Europe and Asia for other international shipments). If it is not possible due to stock levels or we do not have a warehouse in your country we will then ship from our international dispatch facility. We will pay point of sale tax/ VAT upfront for these orders at our own cost, however some countries may levy their own additional import duties. In this instance we cannot accept liability for such duties as they vary country to country.
